Bouncer's Tilapia mush..

Spray a pan with a decent amount of pam. Cook tilapia and as it cooks breaks it up into little pieces. Let it start to brown a bit then turn heat off. Mix it with some brown rice and a little hot sauce. Thats it. Might not sound all that great but it is surprisingly tasty.

P.S. A little garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper on the fish while it is cooking gives it a good flavor.

Publix carries brown basmati rice...

I believe pretty much everything I eat is "mush" because I always mix all of my food together like this - I've made tilapia and oats "mush" too - not bad when trying to stay clean but sick of rice - just throw in the oats and sprinkle with water and Mrs. Dash....

Yep - the only time my food isn't all mixed together is if someone else cooks it or I'm out to eat etc...

(of course even then I tend to either bring my own food or turn theirs into some concoction of my own)....
