Seared Ahi Tuna w/ Balsamic Vinaigrette
Now, I know Ahi is a bit more expensive, but it's totally worth the price. And, when you're dieting for a show and eating catfood, you want the best!
Anyway, this is SUPER easy, and takes about 5 minutes to make. Brush tuna steaks with olive oil on both sides Sprinkle cajun seasoning & garlic salt on both sides, rub in. Heat 1 tsp oilive oil on med-high heat. Put tuna in skillet once heated. Cook tuna until bottom is cooked up 1/4 inch. Turn over, cook 1/4 inch up the steak as well. Spray with Wishbone Balsamic Breeze dressing, and eat!
