pre workout shakes without a blender ?

any one know of any good pre work out shakes i could make without a blender? i tried oatmeal and isopure. couldn't really take it down it was bad.

you tried to drink oatmeal and isopure shake that wasn't blended up? haha.

try making the oatmeal and in a separate bowl. eat that, then have the shake by itself.

i used a shaker, but it still ended up tasting like ass. i just tried quaker oatmeal apples and cinnamon just straight in a bowl with some water and the shake alone which turned out pretty good, just not sure if that's good though since the oatmeal its packed with so much sugar and i'm trying to lose weight...

thats not oatmeal, that is sugar and additives with a few oats in it. only natural oats bro.

dude I just started this whole health thing 3-4 months ago I've already lost about 48 lbs but I'm trying to step it up always having breakfest every morning.... I figured it was no good I brought the variety pack of quaker oatmeal from costco and thats prob the only one that taste good, I thought was still healthy at first but who was I kidding... I just went out and got this bear naked all natural granola mix bag.... anyone heard of it before?

honestly no blender i would do this with 1/2 of a whole wheat / multgrain bagel or a banana.

Syntrax lemon iced tea in the to-go packs plus dextrose if you want the carbs. Mixes in a bottle very nicely.

ATW's protein mixes just fine without a blender. I pack 2 scoops each in 2 plastic bottles to take to work - I just add water at work when I am ready to chug it down, close the lid and shake vigorously for about 20 sec and it is ready.
