Easy Beef and Rice bulking meal.
This is about as easy as it gets. I do this about once or twice a week.
Brown a lb of beef and drain. Add in a little less then a full 15oz can of tomato sauce. use about 12oz. Add in a cup or slightly more of cooked brown rice. add in some salt and pepper and mix it up. cover it and let sit for 5-10 minutes then serve.

i actually put in some franks hot sauce but that is a flavor most dont like so i left that out.
