I tried this one for the first time last night. Damn.
Chicken Stuffed Shells 6 jumbo pasta shells (whole wheat if you can find them) 5 large asparagus stalks 10oz chicken breast grilled 2oz FF mozzarella 2oz FF ricotta 2 pinches black pepper 2 pinches salt 1tsp chopped parsley 1 garlic clove chopped 1 cup low sugar tomato sauce Preheat oven to 400. Cook shells as directed by package then place in cold water. In food processor puree chicken and asparagus then place in large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients except sauce. Mix well and spoon into shells. Place shells in oven safe dish on a bed of sauce and bake 20 minutes. Optional, top with cheese and bake 5 min more with oven off but still hot. Garnish with parsley |

That sounds really different. I am bulking to so the pasta etc doesn't bother me. Me and sana might make them up this weekend.
