Qdoba naked burrito (healthy version)
1/2 basmati rice w/ fresh cilantro & 2 tsp of lime juice mixed in
1/4c black beans 5oz ground turkey or chicken- seasoned w/ taco seasoning 1/2 medium tomato- diced 3 TBSP 2% mexican cheese Honestly, if you make the rice & turkey/chicken (I prefer the turkey) in advance, you can have this tasty little dish whipped up in a matter of 2 minutes.

sounds good, i would make it a little "heavier" for me though since I am bulking. maybe some ground beef and some wheat tortillas.

Oh, the ground beef wins hands down!!! I've actually had this in a wheat tortilla without the rice, and it's DE-LISH. I'm sure it would be even better w/ the rice
