need help with sciatica problems

Hello to you all, need some help and advice pleaseeee....
I was in a car accident a couple of months ago and it has left me with sciatica in my right leg, I am seeing a sports therapist for some treatment, but would like some more help and advice from you great people out there, any help would be much appreciated....

he's 15 yr. physcial therapist with all kinds of degree's sports training, former pro athletic team trainer etc.

he's triple A+

Hope you find a solution to your problem soon.

I have occasional sciatica pain but rest and deep tissue massage usually have me feeling better within days. Sitting for extended periods of time aggrivate it for me and so does standing a lot.

ok thanks you guys, treatment is starting to work but the main pain i have now is from the illiosoas, its driving me nuts!!
