Well, I go for my very first breast enlargement consultation tomorrow.

I guess I'm somewhat nervous. It's not like I'll be drinking and have less inhibition to flash a total stranger. LOL.

This 1st doctor supposedly goes ONLY under the muscle. (I'm leaning towards over the muscle)

I guess we'll find out tomorrow if that is true, and why he prefers to do so.

The aesthetic aspect is the most important to me. ESPECIALLY since I was a D in high school. I can't even fill out a B; even post contest diet.

Over-filled C's is the plan. So not much larger than I am now; definitely not obnoxious. But, just enough to make me look more proportionate.

Keep in mind- there was about 1/2in pads in my show suits.....

I just got back. I scheduled it for October the 8th!!! 36-C's; 350 cc's. $5500....ouch.

I'm going under the muscle, incision under the breast. It appears that since there is some history of breast cancer in my family, under is better for me. I asked about overfilling the bags and going over, and I believe there is more health risks involved...40% more chance for scar tissue problems, and more chance for them to move.

One thing that really fucking pisses me off: I called sonis to tell him it's scheduled, and everything was meeting his approval until I told him the cc amount. He got really fucking snotty and ignorant with me, and said "THAT'S NOT BIG ENOUGH!! YOU'RE GONNA BE SORRY. AND THEN YOU'LL BE BITCHING THAT YOU WANT THEM BIGGER,.!!!" Hmmm...Let's see, if they're bigger than what they are now, then I'm still coming out ahead, fucker.

I tried on 3 different sizes. I went with the one that IMO, looked a little bigger than I wanted ; since most everyone says they wish they would have gone bigger. I'm just not going for the porn start titties, and I want them to be noticable.

Fuck him. Just cause he may fucking want them bigger, doesn't mean I do.

I just didn't feel comfortable when I was trying on the D's. I don't know. I DON'T want them to look obnoxious. I felt the biggest ones looked obnoxious.

I need to go back I think, and wear a tighter shirt or something, so I know what exactly I'm expecting.

Red, I'm glad you're going under the muscle. Capsular contracture is most common with overs and you don't want to have to go back under the knife for more surgery. Also, with the breast cancer risk, DEFINITELY unders.

The size thing is going to be hard to figure out. When you go under the muscle it seems to compress the implant a bit more than when you go over so you're right in going a LITTLE bit bigger than you want. It's your body, you get what will be comfortable for you. I would suggest that you go pick out a bra in what ever size you think you'll want to be...I did this with my old bras, stuffed them with socks and put on a tight t-shirt to determine what size I liked better. I wound up going smaller than I was originally. Then I took that bra with me to the doctors office and tried different implants in the bra until the bra was stuffed fairly tightly bringing me to the size. That bra now fits me perfectly, not too tight, just right. When you come out of surgery you're going to be VERY swollen...do not freak out, within a month the swelling will go down. It will also take a few months for the implants to drop down into place, at first they'll sit high but don't freak out...going under the muscle they will eventually fall into place and look and feel natural. Definitely go back and play with the sizes again...the office will probably let you in a room alone with the implants for as long as you want to test them out.

The capsular contracture thing really freaks me out, and does not sound very fun.

I hadn't even thought about the muscle compressing the implant when going underneath.

Last night I filled up some ziplocs with 350cc's and 400cc's of water and stuffed them in my shirt. I think the 400's may be the size I go. After what you said, then they won't look out there. I felt like Nell Carter or something. LOL. Sonis said the 400's were the perfect size. Maybe he's right....

Glad to help! The 400's won't be real big on you. Gotta remember, you've got more size in your lats and arms than typical girls so what would seem big on someone who doesn't train won't appear as large on you.

Did you know there are different shapes of round implants too? I got the high profile, which means they stick out more and are a little smaller in width. I don't think it makes much of a difference when you're going under the muscle though, it would be more obvious with overs.
