TMD Bite plates?
Anyone know where I can get one without going to the dentist? Now that I have started my new job and will be working graveyard, I am taking in more caffiene. I think it's making me grind my teeth harder at night.

My doc had me just wear a mouthguard-worked fine for me until I stopped grinding my teeth.

Just go pick up a mouthguard for any sporting goods store.

I first tried using a mouthguard from a sporting goods store. It was the kind you dipped into hot water and bit down on. That didn't work for me because it came out at night. So I bit the bullet and spent money at my dentist to get one and it's worked well for me.
The other day I was in CVS and saw they had one specifically to wear at night. Not sure of how much $ it was. Good luck. |

Unfortunately, most dental insurance does not cover mouth guards. I paid about $ 600 for mine.
