any of the neutrogena products are pretty good, if its really bad use alcohol before bed and change sheets often as well as bath towels.

I've heard you should get one with vitamin b5 in it. I've read b5 is only good topically not orally.

I've used those OTC acne creams and they work really well. The store brand works just as well as clearasil or neutrogena. Just find the vanishing acne meds and they'll be fine.

Most of the OTC creams say for face acne only. Does this actually matter?? My problem has been more on my back.

You guys should consider going to a dermatologist. There are some really great washed and also topical treatments available through perscription that really are not expensive at all.
I am currently using Duac, Tazorac, and Rosara wash

I also go to a dermatologist and use MD Forte' products and it's helped a lot. I also get facial peels periodically, I doubt they can do those for the body though.

I have recently started using dish soap, palmolive green apple to be precise, and it does an amazing job. I had tried the Neutrigena (sp?), clean and clear, and so on, but nothing did as much as just plain old dish soap. Give it a try. If it doesn't work for you, at least you smell good.

I love swimming in salt water. Seams to get rid of alot of skin problems. Fixes electrolyte imblances and draws out toxins. If you can't get to the ocean use Empson salt or sea salt. I would try this before goin to the doctor. It's cheaper and can't hurt.
