My Chiro heals me...
I started getting my chiropractic treatment about a month ago, when I woke up one day with a stiff neck. Oh good lord, I wish I could take that man home with me,
 and just for his ability to pop and crack my spine and the stretching techniques he uses.. I go about 1-2xs a week and I get a massage too from the massage therapist , I also get the stim, heat and hes got this high tech water bed with jets, hehe! Its not like going to a spa, but it is so healing to my body. I love my chiro and his crew... They are getting chocolate chip cookies for xmas.

I tried that out once when the muscle in my back were bothering me. Never seemed to do anything. I guess I don't have back problems as in dealing with the spine. The deep tissue massage is what works for me.
