Knee pain

I didn't know where to post this question...so here it is.

I hyper extended a tendon in my knee about a month ago. The Doctor gave me a brace, etc. Now its fine when I am active, but if my leg remains in a position for too long a time, the same tendon starts to hurt if moved. Just for the first two times its moved. Almost like its stiff from not having moved. Anyone have any ideas before I go to the doctor?

Thanks.

This thread should be posted in self care.

I would say you just need to give it more time to heal. A month is not long at all. 3 months from now, if it is still doing the same thing, have a doc look at it.
