Well, according to my ex girlfriend, which pleased me considerably, I put out more volume than she has ever seen before, she couldn't take it all, poor girl nearly drowned the first time...

Anyway, cutting down masturbation won't do much for the long term, just eat healthy, plenty of exercise, and do cock push ups...

i have to admit, i DID notice a difference... not much, but some. my girlfriend noticed too. each pill contains 15mg Zinc.. so maybe that was it and all the other stuff is worthless... who knows. do i feel it was worth the price - NO

Don't waste your money. The entire company that markets and makes that worthless crap is a scam. I have read all over the place that they make thier money by setting you up on automatic billing for a year....
