I've seen it and I have a hard time believing it isn't at least part urine. Unless someone finds a hidden gland on women they never found before it almost has to be some urine. Of course women have lubrication and some more than others, but unless they are getting so wet it's pooling up then they can contract so hard it shoots out, there's no way. Actually, the liquid is produced by glands similar to those in men. The difference between women who squirt and those that don't is in the number and size of their pariurethral glands. The liquid is not urine and it is comprised of similar chemicals as male ejaculate without sperm. Exactly what it is, isn't known but there is a consistency of results that show a greatly reduced concentration of the two primary components of urine, urea and creatinine, in the expelled fluid. The fluid will not smell like pee or have a color, if your girl is hesitant you can place a white towel under her to prove to her that she's not squirting out pee.

Puma, don't be so hard on yourself. It's not what you do or don't do necessarilly, often it's just what's going on with her. I remember when I first started to squirt, knowing how big of a turn on it was to my husband I'd try to will it to happen and that just doesn't work and if anything, it's distracting when you're actually trying to think about it. If you both relax and just accept it when it comes, it will come easier. Try not to make her feel like it's all that important to you, otherwise the pressure may backfire and it'll be more difficult for her. Just let nature take it's course. As for your positioning question, that'll depend on the girl. This is an old Thread, but .... any of you who have known puddles (at all) would do well to listen. This week I was able to start makeing my wife squirt.
