sex problem!
Hello everyone,
I’m new on the forum and I’ve seen that you all are very intelligent, and I was wondering if I could get some help on a problem I have. I just got married to this wonderful girl. Her and I were both virgins and now that were finally having sex I can’t last longer than maybe 3 min. I always cum but my wife just doesn’t seem to.. I’ve done some research but to no avail. That's fairly common in younger men and for men who have not been sexually active for long. This will pass in time. For now, you could try a few things. Wearing a condom will help cut back on some of the sensations you're feeling. There are also numbing creams like Delay that may help. You can try masturbating before you have sex with your wife. You can also strengthen your PC muscles to help gain control of ejaculation. You can change positions to find what is less physically stimulating for you. You can focus on giving her a longer session of oral before intercourse. You can practice holding back when you're alone and masturbating (this will take some practice but it's often the way to go). You can do this with your wife...learn to recognize the signals from your body and when you feel yourself getting close to the point of no return, stop intercourse and pleasure her differently, either with your fingers or orally or with a toy. It will take some work but your wife loves you and she understand what's going on, just make sure you talk to her about it. If while you're making love to your wife and you cum quickly take a break for a few minutes, do something to pleasure her (even erotic foreplay like sucking on her nipples, kissing her other body parts, etc. will keep her level of arousal up while you recover) and then try again after you've had enough downtime to regain an erection.
