I know a woman who got pregnant from just the pre-cum from her husband because they were not trying to get prego and so he was pulling out all the time well before ejaculation and she still got seeded (at least I think it was his, LOL).

As for using the withdrawl method for birth control, it really works best when combined with the rhythm method (ie. avoiding vaginal intercourse when she's ovulating) and pulling out at all other times of the month). If it only happens when i'm about to cum, then i've pulled out by then. I think that if you pull out on time, then you are safe.

also if you have to sqeeze it for it to come out, then once again, you're safe.
