I had a tough breakup with a GF once and my buddy too me out drinking. He gave me this advice:
"Go find a girl who looks just like her and then bang her and dump her. You'll feel better about it in the end." LOL He can be a bit gruff at times, lol.

Hi its Naughty nurse and maybe he needs a females opinion to help him move on. It takes a while to get over someone which you had very deep feelings for! Don't put your energy into getting revenge by doing her bestfriend. Don't listen to these guys. Put your energy into positive things, things that you can change around you. We all go through hard times, but we get stronger as a result. I should know, I lost my partner of 10 years. He died 5 years ago, nothing was going to bring him back. So I put my energy into positive things and set myself a goal to train up for competition. I did and I won my first comp 18 months after he passed away. I am stronger as a result. Stay positive, and change what you can like your training. Worrying about it will drain you and you will make less gains in the gym. You will get over her and move on. Keep yourself busy and around positive people and believe that everything will get better.
