That's tough man. I've been there before. I can't say I necessarily have advice to give, but I can tell you what I did. I was just a good friend to her and she finally saw the light and broke up with him and then we hooked up. Not that it works that well everytime, but I guess I got lucky. Good luck!

But lets not forget she's with someone else, in my view its unethical to to start figuring out a strategy on attracting someone elses girl.

Be cool and give it some time. Sounds like she definitely know you exist. Stepping on the other guys toes isn't cool, as you said you know what it feels like. If she is talking about you a lot and she is in to you she will probably get done with this guy soon enough. Bottom line in all of this is that you want her to make the descision. Later on down the road if you are with her you wont want to look back at the way this was handled and wonder if she would do the same thing to you. Good luck.

I definitely agree. Trash talking the "competition" is the worst way to go about anything-it will only make you look worse. Besides, it's just not the honourable thing to you. If it's meant to be, just let it happen. If it's not meant to be, whatever it takes to make it happen will not be worth it in the long run.
