I think i've just about hit rock bottom. This whole girl situation has made me sick and it's very hard to get out of this.

It hurts because she wants to go back to friends and work on that and see where that goes. I'm just afraid that we go through all that and nothing more happens. Sorry to be such a pansy I just need to get it out.

Dude, its Friday night. Go out to the bar and have a few beers and dance with as many girls as you can. Make out with them all and just have a blast. I promise if you do that tomorrow morning you will feel alot better.

When one person wants something the other does not, friends will not work only make things harder for you my friend. She trying to get the best of both worlds. Cut your ties and move on. It's hard but it will be even harder if you keep her around at her convenience.

Well the thing is she wants to get back together but we need to work on our friendship again first. I told her if i cant get over her then i wont be able to be just friends.

The fact that he wants to get back with his gf is a clear sign he should not. Suppose she realizes this isn't what she wants, and whether you agree or not, he decides he still wants to be with her. Now he's added another person to the mix and a whole new set of problems. A piece of a$$ does not mend a broken heart. It might help for the few hours you're with her, but the next day is going to leave him feeling the same as he does today.

She did say last night i have changed into what she's not looking for. She said if I go back to the way i used to be, which is the real me, then we can be together. So I just have to get out of this funk im in.

I'm not trying to sound harsh but I think you are looking at things too much through unrealistic eyes. You are hanging on every word of hers and you seem to think you know what she wants yet she doesn't even know what she wants. If you feel like you would be happier if you made some changes then of course do that, but DO NOT change with "rules" she has set as to who you should be.
