A response to any situation is determined by the circumstances of the moment. If however you assault me using and kind of deadly force, a weapon of any kind be it a knife or a frying pan I will knock your teeth down your throat. If you slap me I’m gona slap you. If you punch me I’m gona back hand you . I demand the same respect you expect me to show you. I don’t care how pised of I am at you or anyone I will never strike you but if you launch an attack on me I will not hesitate.

Since when is it anybody's responsibility to control your actions. You are responsible for you and what you do not me or anybody else. Do you even listen to yourself, Your entire argument is woman are not responsible for what they do and it is completely up to men to control your behavior because we are the ones pushing your buttons. You are very disturbing to me with your view. You expect me to exercise self control but yet you don’t feel that you need to exercise any yourself because its a mans responsibility.

You keep putting words into my mouth, so I'm finished with this conversation. I never said women are not responsible for their actions. I never said women shouldn't exercise self control. WTF?

As far as my interpretation of your "Eye for an Eye" mentality, I seem to be dead on.

This one is my favorite " If I have a 5”10” 200 pound broad coming at me with big tits and a fat ass and mad as a hornet looking to kill me I’m gona pick something up and hit her as hard as I can with it and ask questions later"
What happened to the "you won't hit her unless she hits you?" defense????? I thought your whole defense was that a man can't defend himself...BUT I do believe with this sentence..you're saying to go at a woman first!! Make up your mind!!! How hipacritical!!!!

I do believe I DID sya some women are psychos and are violent! And I never said women are helpless. I DID say men have an advantage in these situations. If you want to get into a discussion about this, at least quote me correctly.
I don't care if this disturbs you or not.; it's my opinion. Rather than not hit a woman, lets go ahead and punch her how she punched me...because a fight like that would be so FAIR?!?! Whatever! Not taking the initiative to control a situation where men clearly have an advantage is ludicrous.

I really don't appreciate you disrespecting me because of my opinion in this matter. Of course I listen to myself, and I don't appraciate the implication

I would escape or evade rather than physically harm a woman. And if she had something deadly in her hand - I'd be gone in between blinks.

Fighting sucks, someone always gets hurt at the least, and sensible people always regret it.

Excellent point Auri, said very well.

the nutso's have so many nutso emotions it's just another day at the office.

A reasonable responsible person will question their actions and have to deal with the pain of regret, a very powerful and negative burden.

Excelent reasoning.

Thanks Auri...what you just said is how I expect most men to react. And what you said is exactly what I have been trying to convey to Timber. I'm glad there is a sensible man in the bunch! LOL..

First off let me say this....I would never be with a woman that was phycho enough to get physically violent with me in the first place. But, if the situation did arise where she would be crazy enough to want to get physically violent, my reaction to it would depend on the severity of her actions. If she just slapped me or something minor like that, I would just restrain her and then leave until she calmed down. But if she hit me on the head with a frying pan or gouged my eyes out with her nails or something that serious, then the relationship at that point is obviously in dire straights and if I feel that need to defend myself, I will at that point as a last resort. Peace folks!!

I think that's where the whole 'walking away' thing works. Which as I've said - I'm a big fan of.

I'm not realy considering this as an argument but just an exchange of views.LOL I still as of yet ever had to hit a woman or anyone for that matter in a very long time. But I would if I felt the need too

I am more in love with my wife now than when we met 20 years ago. We have way to much respect for each other to reduce are selves to Physical confrontations

I think we all understand eachother now. Use good judgement, walk away when you can, defend when you have to, never strike first unless you're willing to take the heat for your actions.

Now...lets forget about this fighting stuff and get on to other more fun issues...like making love.

I love a good Debate, Red held her ground pretty well. I am impressed with her resolve but we have exhausted this topic I'm afraid. It has been my pleasure to meet Redsquirrel, I'll have my eye on you LOL. I look forward to perhaps debating another topic some time, I truly did enjoy this exchange. Good luck to you my dear.

You know, I was walking by the elementary school on the way to work this morning, and a group of little girls pointed and laughed at my white socks with black slacks.

So as the true predator I looked for the one I could take - and there she was - sitting in a backpack looking all haughty down her nose at me. Well my friends, that was it! It was ON!!! I jerked her out of the backpack by her hair, and clotheslined her. As she lay gasping for breath, I picked her up and did my infamous Auriflex-Suprise-Suplex. I think I broke her arm on that one, because it came loose. I mean it was laying next to her body. Anyway - just as I was getting ready to start the piledriving series of destruction, the old math teacher "Mrs. Stinky Breath" came out and forced me to give the doll back to the girl, and told me to go away. Again.

In addition, I think I bruised my sternum. But aches and pains are the price we pay for in battle.

As long as it doesn't get disrespectful, I'll argue with the best of them!! It's only when people on these boards start making personal attacks do the gloves come off (NO pun intended!! LOL). We are all equals here, and I have no problem arguing a point or validating someone else's.

That was the best debate I've had on these boards. So many times, our fires get lit because people make personal attacks to one's character. That pisses anybody off, and if we all stick to what we know about a subject, and don't bring someone's integrity into it, there would be a lot less fighting!! Now, of course let me say that there are still people on these boards who act like they know it all, and don't. These people need to be called out on their knowledge so it can be corrected, but again if we keep the integrity factor out of it, it's much easier to resolve a debate....Alright, I'm finished preaching.!!
