Hi, I'm 18 and have had gyno since 9th grade. I smoked a lot of pot and think that contributed and have stopped for about 3 months. I have been overweight most of my life and now I'm 11.2% body fat, and this gyno is the only thing stopping me from showing off my bod. I ordered Enzymin Therapy Pure Rip With DIM in hopes to restore my hormone levels and hopefully get rid of my gyno... and I'm just wondering if anyone has any insight on that product, if it will help me, and anything else I can do to get rid of it. I hope surgery isn't the only option... Thanks in advance!

hey bouncer,
ive been on my cycle of x-tren for 3+ weeks and i just started noticing signs of gyno. mainly nipples feel sensitive dont really have lumps...yet. i have caber, letro, and nolva. i was thinkin about using caber and letro combined because of the fact tren brings more prolacting gyno. i was gonna do letro at .5mg eod and .5mg caber 2 times a week.

that was my plan but u really seem to know what ur talkin about what would u think would be best or should i just start takin nolva ed 20mg...

i would start out just using nolv for awhile. its much more mild so less sides. if that dosent work go with your plan.

ya i have nipple soreness and i do have a lump but it isnt hard. i was running a higher dose of x-tren, but ima taper down a bit just to a maintenance dose but wont nolva not do anything for prolacting and might cause it to become worse? cause tren type gyno is usually prolactin

caber has many sides though. that is my concern. if you can stay away from it i would. letro is also kind of harsh. i would use it only to get rid of gyno.

ya true thank u i think ima try out the nolva but i want to also hit the prolactin so i might do the caber also. if i notice by the end of this cycle the gyno is still there ill run letro. ill do it as a standalone to get rid of any gyno completely. i dont see it being a problem though my dose of tren ima cut down to a low dosage...

I just recieved my Letro. I am using it to see if it helps get rid of any gyno that i've had since my teens (im 23). I then took Tren when i was almost 21 and this made the problem worse. I know the Letro wont help shrink my areola, I just want to see if it helps shrink my "boobs".

I just dont understand if I should be doing .50mg ED or if I should follow Protocal 2/3 along with tapering down at the end? I do understand that I need to run Nolva once I stop using the Letro to avoid estrogen rebound at 20mg ED for the first week and 10mg ED for the next week and then stop altogether.

I have a "Male Hormone Support / Libido & Sex Drive" supplement available to me which I was thinking of taking 2 capsules once or twice daily while on the Letro in order to avoid my libido being shot, what do you think?

2 Capsules contain:
500mg tribulus (100mg Protodioscin, 100mg Saponins/Sapogenins)
25mg DHEA
250 mg:
Vitex agnus castus 4:1
Avena Sativa 10:1
Epimedium sagitattum 4:1
Eurycoma longifolia jack.

I'll keep you guys posted and let you know if I get some positive results.

Sounds great. I'll report in from time to time. I'm actually on day 3 now and took 1.5mg this morning. Sex drive is still good, lets hope it stays that way.

Just a quick update.

Day 5 - took my first full dose of letro today (2.5mg)
Been taking 2 capsules of Natural Test booster once a day.
Sex drive is still great as of this morning

I've read that even .25mg per day would kill the sex drive pretty quickly but so far for me everything is fine.

No noticeable reduction of gyno so far (didnt expect it to). Maybe it's in my head but it seems to be less sensitive and the gyno seems softer and mushy.

I'll report back later! Everyone have a great weekend.

Another update.

*Day 8 - Been taking 2.5mg Letro daily since day 5 and will continue to do so until the gyno goes away, IF it goes away. Then of course i will taper down and use Tamox to end the cycle.

*Been taking 2 capsules of the Natural Test Booster 1-2 times daily.

*Sex drive is still running strong. (Now im wondering if the Letro is working or not cuz my sex drive hasnt been affected. I just hope it's the Test booster keeping my sex drive alive and not because this was bunk stuff. I trust this stuff though, maybe it just takes time or my Test booster is indeed helping..)

My gyno does "seem" to be getting smaller. Im definitely happier with my appearance now. Could be cuz im cutting weight also, but believe me that I DO have gyno cuz my boobs are very sensitive and painful to the touch. And yes they used to itch like a mother !!

A little background of myself:

Around November 1, 2009 i was 202lb (I'm 5'9 1/2")
Today January 19, 2010 I am 179.7lb.

Some may say it might just be fat, although I believe i still have a good amount of fat left to be burned, I do believe there is also some gyno because of the pain and odd look of my breast area. I was about 182lb when I started the Letro 8 days ago and now im 179.7, a 2lb loss. I think i've noticed more of a change these last 8 days in my breasts than I have seen by losing nearly 20lb of overall fat. For THAT reason I believe the Letro may be indeed working.

I am staying positive.

alright, i looked up ncaa banned substances and it said anti estros. they dont have specific drug testing that im aware of at my level. but im nervous for like when tournament time comes around so i want to be clean within 2 months at the least. and about the site, i can just order it and no problems? sorry im just kinda parnoid about these things....

What if you have pharmacy brand letro from 4rx they come in 2.5mg tabs so how would you split that up into .50? or how would you do that?

I don't know if you know the answer to this question but if i already have gyno, and i wanna take a tren that is methylated but it says that it won't cause gyno or anything like that, then after the cycle of 2 months i will get on nolva/clomid. then after that letro, to get rid of the preexcisting gyno is that possible?

hey bouncer you seem very knowledgeable about getting rid of gyno. i will give you a quick rundown about what i need help on. First off Im 26 and started this when I was 23
So this is the third time i am taking tren 2 and One bottle last 45 days. I do a cycle of two bottles about once a year starting in January, so this would be the third time. I take max anabol throughout the cyle. When im about halfway done with my second bottle I start adding tribuls and estro blockers as my PCT. My libido decreases but it seems to stay balance from what i have been taking.
In the past about 2 years ago when i have about two weeks left of my cycle I notice some gyno buildup. It developed on my left side, i wasnt sure what to do so I saw a DR. he said stop taking the pills and it should go away. Well it didnt really go away till the next time i did another cycle last year. It finally went completly away on the left side but then developed on the right side. It seems to be the same size as it was on the right side, about the size of a big marble.
So im about 27 days into my cyle and and i take two pills a day, so i want to make sure i can get rid of this gyno and prevent any more from forming, I also thought about only taking one bottle to reduce the risk of extreme estro build up. what would be your advice for me and is there a high probability to reverse what i have? i want to get the letro but i want to make sure i can benefit from it and not was my money cause it seem expensive.
well hopefully you or someone can help.

dont use it. it will cause gyno..

you should never have gone back on any cycle until the gyno is gone.

if you truly want the gyno to go away. get on letro and come off eveything.

Ok maybe I'll do that. So I should follow ur directions u explained earlier taking only letro and not having to take tribulus as well as an estro blocker. Take it for about 60 days. So I need two bottles worth? And should I get it from the website u listed.? Just want to make sure I do it right. I don't want to mess with my hormones too much to make them out of wack. Thanks for ur input. I will let u know how it goes.

I have been on a deca and test cycle for about 3 weeks and after the 2 week I developed a lump behind both my nipples. I have read the threads abiut how letro can help me on rducing/reversing these effect, but my question is should I stop my cycle and start with letro and the PCT?
