The guy in the middle, shoulder looks weird. Like he used synthoil or something.


and is it just me or does Jay look better there than at Mr. O. At least his abs anyways.

agreed, I think he looks pretty damn good there...I was at nats, I saw him and took a pic with him at the MuscleTech booth...he looks even bigger in person, if you can imagine that, kinda like a caricature of a human being

He is amazing.

However, something just does not look right on his body in the grocery store. Can't put my finger on it, just looks a little strange... The muscles don't look right or something.

one of them is a bantamweight, I think, the guy on the far left...Jay is 5'9, so I'd say the guy is 5'6 or so

Jay is 5'9, that puts the guy on the right at 5'6 or so. 5'6 220 is near Dexter Jackson...I feel pretty confident the guy on the right isn't much more than 165
