i agree. Dennis James comes to mind. some of his pics like 3-4 weeks out from a show are just sick. he looks like he is from a different planet. then the show comes and he looks nothing like that. a lot of the times though its the lighting. when you see guys on stage, if they are not extremely shredded, they will appear soft and bloated.

Yep and also what makes you look soft is freaking tanning shit we put on I have yet to find a product that doesn't make me look soft, that shit is like clay wen I put it on I loose half of the definiton.
