looks pretty good. waist seems tighter a bit. you can tell he has had surgery on the 1 nipple and it just does not look right.

Funny you mentioned his nipple. From his side pose, well above his nipple there appears to be a small divot in his chest. From the straight on shots, this area looks like it is bruised.
Any idea what has caused that or what it is? Either way, 290 is a lot of human especially to be that lean.
