I do think there is synthol in those arms, but it doesn't make sense.... his back and chest are pretty damn thick.... non-responding arms???

I'd say it could be synthol in his tris...they seem kinda smooth compared to the rest of his body. He's definately a big MF though!

Where is he from?

He is in the Venice Beach column of some bbing mag a lot.......they always say he is going to compete but I never see any results......that is World Harris.....I think he use to be 350 or something like that....he works out w/ another big guy named Jerome Ferguson I think

He got his pro card at least half a year ago. Since then, he hasn't looked quite as good- I think he cut down too much. He is still one of the physiques I aspire to.

LOl...man that is the funniest workout I have ever seen.At first I was like he cant be serious............but he is.I think its great he has fun like that at the gym though, hes a real positive person who doesnt take himself too seriously.I'd love to meet him in person,I'd laugh all day!!
