Stupid Question...
Can I mike a protein shake the night before I drink it? Can I make it at like 11 p.m. at night or so and drink it at around 10:30 a.m.?

i'm sure you can. it will most likely setttle so you'll have to shake it up again to mix it. might taste kinda rancid too depending on how the food and supplements react with one another over that peiod of time.

I use a blender and I have roomates. One sleeps VERY light and I don't wanna wake him up. Trying to be nice. If it's too much trouble I won't bother.

just get a shaker cup bro, it's easy and convenient. add some ice cubes and you'll be good to go. it might get noisy with ice but just go into another room.

A shaker cup will break up the ice? Really, how interesting. I also use peanut butter with them though.

no it won't break up the ice, i just use ice because i like mine cold. yeah if you're using pb then you be way better off using a blender.

Here is what I do. I save my old water old bottles and put the powder in the bottles. I can just pick them up and go. When I get ready to drink it I just hit a water fountian or buy a bottle of water/ milk and pour some in put the lid on and shake the hell otu of it.

Thanks For the suggestion, but I have changed my mind as to when I am going to drink the shake. I think I'm going to have the second shake at around two as a seperate meal.

i just have the shake with skim milk, but i don't ever use it as a meal. i don't think it would hurt to add peanut butter, but i don't think it would make a difference if you added it post workout or another time of the day.
