I've been taking creatine and protein powder for the last few days...and i've been getting stomach pains since then...is this normal or not?

yeah, possibly if you're taking too much creatine you might get cramps. i never take more than 10gms. done 20 during the "loading" phase and felt like shit.

Drink more water my man, and yes you may be just getting used to it and/or taking too much.

my friend used to get stomach cramps when he started taking in alot of protein. he said it went away after a few days. hopefully your body is just adjusting, if the cramps continue then drop the creatine for a while.

thanks...i've raised my water intake since i started taking it...and thankfully it isn't as bad today, i hope it keeps easing up...it probably was just my body getting used to it...

Lots of water and try to drink during meals

if you take 10 grams a day try splitting it into two servings 8 hours apart that worked good for me 5 grams first thing in the morning and 5 post workout
