I wasn't sure what to expect when i first tried it, but i'm hooked now. I'm not sure about it helping recovery time, but it definitely keeps that pumped feeling in your muscles long after your workout is over (at least a few days for me). As with all supplements, not everyone responds the same way, but i would definitely give it a shot.

Don't waste your money on ANY muscle tech product, especially pump tech - absolute waste of money.

Muscle tech products aren't bad, they're just overpriced. If you can get them cheap, or don't care about the price go for them.

All you newbies who aren't familiar with the forums, if yellowjacket says a supplement is worthless, then 100% of the time it's WORTHLESS. Just a tip for future reference.
