Your basic guggulsterone product, and fairly cheap as well. I feel these are only truly effective when you stack them with stimulants or thermogenics.
Try a guggulsterone, green tea, synepherine stack for a few weeks, then an ephedrine/caffeine stack for a few weeks and with a solid cutting diet, you'll drop a good bit of fat while retaining a substantial amount of lean muscle. Diet is key however.

A couple more questions for you, does the green tea come in tabs or do I actually have to make the tea? Should I be able to order all of these from one of the board sponsors, ie powernutrion?

YJ, so would something like Adipoxil from power nutrition be alright, it has everything that you recommended or would it be more beneficial, and maybe cheaper to order everything seperately? Thanks for all of the help

I agree BBaddict, I am just trying to figure out what way is going to be the cheapest and most effective. I was searching for the synepherine on power nutrition and didnt have any luck would it be listed under a different product name or is it possible they just dont carry it?

What do think would be an effective dose for each?
T3-3 tabs a day? green tea extract, the tabs are 400mgs a piece? 3 or 4 synephrine? probably just 3 tabs a day?

Use the T3 as directed, youre looking at around 4 a day....
I take 2 green tea caps, twice a day, totally 4, you can certainly exceed this, but when its combined in a thermogenic stack, there's really no reason to. as for the Syneburn, 3 a day will do fine, 4 if youre not responding to 3. Let me know how the Syneburn works for you, Im going to give it a try in a month or so.

sounds good brother, I'll keep you posted. By the way the guys over at powernutrition are top notch. I had ordered some protein but was unable to specify which flavor so they gave me a call and got that resolved and then saw I had another order for the fat burning stack and refunded me the shipping fee for the protein and shipped everything the same day. Outstanding customer service, not something I'm used to. They have my orders from now on
