proper way to supplement eca & creatine?

Is there a proper way to supplement an eca and creatine that would have benefits of both of them ive read that they are contradictory and would make no sense taking them together...anyone ?thanks

Coprolith is an unknown quantity at this point
I would say take your E+C on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning and before meals, and take your creatine right after your workout, or before bed on non-workout days. As I understand it, the conflict is the fact that E+C is a diuretic (among many other things), causing your cells to lose volume, and creatine does the opposite, keeping cells volumized. Putting a decent amount of time between them will help to offset this. Making sure you get plenty of water (at least one gallon a day) will help, too. Glycerin and Taurine will help keep cells volumized as well without keeping E+C from doing its thing, also, so taking either or both of those is a good idea if you have access to them.

Green Tea extract is also a good addition to E+C, as it increases fat-burning and works synergistically with ephedrine to improve its effects. Other options are fish oil and SesaThin, two "good fat" items that accelerate fat loss without adding stimulation, as I'm sure E+C is stimulating enough. I know it is for me.

Would a non ephedra thermogenic interfere with creatine also?

the only way it interferes is in the fact that some thermogenics dehydrate, but creatine relies on water for its effects. Make sure that you drink plenty (1+ gallon) of water either way.

Im not taking a thermo for the reason of cutting. And i take less then the reccomended dose and only once in the morning when i first wake up.....its like my coffee w/o the calories, i just take it to wake up and get the day going. The reccomended dose is like 3 pills twice a day.....i just take 2 in the morning, so this shouldnt really mess with the creatine i assume?

My main goal is to gain strength, and condition my muscles....if i gain a few pounds, thats fine, but gaining wieght isnt the main goal.
