yellow jacket u seem to kno ur shit so with all these supps out ther wat ones would u suggest to the advanced lifter...and why? say price is not an issue.

why don't you help YJ (or the rest of us, a lot of people here are pretty qualified to answer that) out by at LEAST listing what kind of supplement you're interested in?

dont get all pissy im askin what kind no matter what kind is the best or most necessary to promoting gains....and yes im new here sorry my bad on that. or anyone could post about something theyve taken that really helped them out alot

on aside note, supplements are not going to make you bigger, stronger etc. It is consistent and smart training and diet that will provide you with the results you are looking for. Supplementation is just that, an aid to your current dietary intake.
