aight well my buddy it totally anti-aas and even creatine, he basically is paranoid about anything that he think isnt "natural" . so after talkin to him for a while, i finally got him to open his damn eyes and see that this stuff isnt bad for you (creatine took a while to beat into him) and i was woundering what type of natual testosteron raising products you all recommend. i only really have looked into a few that look like they could do anything... Diesel TEST, and possible the nolvedex XT by gaspari. i know that the best 2 tribs are prododiacin and saponions (sp?) so i am basically trying to look for those in the products.. but i really never looked into these because i always just used kre-alkalyn and bcaas and NO2 everyonce in a while cause i rather go with the good shit (aas) than this natural test products that "may" work... as there is little science behind them (clinical studies i mean) so any help would be great.. thanks

IMO it really depends on your age. Most studies have been done in adult males over the age of 30 which quantitatively show increased test levels. I have read logs for athletes under 30 and results just don’t seem worth the price.
I would just stick to the basics EFAs, protein, creatine multi and a solid diet and training program. |

So he wants to train completely natrual but you are trying to get him to take supplements? Is he complaining about his gains compared to someone who uses supplements?

Tell him to do whatever he wants. If he thinks creatine is some awesome supp that should not be taken, let him think that.
He obviously does not have a clue. GIve your "buddy" advise on diet and training ans forget about supps. No point forcing the issue. You could spend as much on gear as you could on supps, so why would you waste your money and time on a "supp stack".

i agree with you guys and the thing is he is just against everything because he thinks that they are all bad for you. like he heard that creatine is bad for your liver (dont know where he heard that) and i told him that i talked to a G.I. and an Endocrinologist and they said that creatine was fine and he still thinks im lying.. he has been training since like 6th grade (so around 8-9yrs). so now hes asking me well what kind of supps you think i can take that are natural. so he wants recovery and obviously something to help with strength.. i told him that trib wont do all that much for weight and strength as it will for libido. i mean i have to give him a full blown document on BCAAs so he will see that those are natural (i dont think he gets that amino acids are the building blocks of protein not to mention how our body operates) he is just very Paranoid about these products... hope that answers it all..

Fuck your friend - I wouldn't pull research articles for any of my friends. They can either take my knowledge by word of mouth or they can look the shit up themselves.
It sounds like you half know what you're talking about so just keep your knowledge to yourself if your "friend" doesn't understand shit. Your friend is a moron... |
