Amino acids question??
Ok , my gains are doing great. Just a quick question on amino acids ok i got about 1000 free tablets of amino acids and want to put them to good use, it says to take 5 tablets now these shits are phukin huge, but i can take it it says it equals out to 1500mg , now onto the questions :
Should i take them in the morning/evening/afternoon? What times? Will they help me stay in an anabolic state as stated on other sites? Will it help in recovery? well will it really? and can i use it as replacement for protein shakes? |

I'd say take 'em an hour pre-workout, and then between meals or something...
it may help in recovery, probably really a matter of differences between individuals...I took BCAA powder and it didn't particularly help with recovery, but there are so many factors at play there anyway... and no, don't use it as a replacement for protein shakes; use it in addition to shakes, if anything

pre-workout
before bed and then with meals, they make the other foods more efficient for your body to use cause you got all the essentials there in one spot |
