Question YJ-Question for you...

I've been drinking 2 of these a day(link here)along with my regular water(and sparkling water) the past month or so.

I've also been taking 1.5g of L-Carnitine, my regular vitamins(Vit-C, B12, Thistle, DHEA-50mgs, CoQ100 & a Super-B Complex)...Now here's my question to you;

I've added Twinlab Ripped Fuel Extreme(Link here for some info) , 2 caps a day, which is the regular dose.

My goal? Well I really don't have one...But I've always had a huge tolerance for ECA's and Clen combined. I do cycle it every 3 weeks or so. My reasoning for doing it this way is because I tend to carry more fat(higher estrogen levels than the avg male)on my frame no matter how much cardio I do. My diet? Well I would say is pretty avg considering I don't and will never compete.

I do watch my carb intake ED. I keep it under 200g's a day. My fat intake is avg(I watch my trans, sats and cholesterol very carefully) and my cals are around 3300K ED, give or take a couple of hundred.

I'm pretty thick(my avatar is only a month old) and like to stay around 12-13% BF considering I've been off AS for almost 2yrs in April. I can see 4 of my abs and I'm happy with that. Do you think I'm over doing it with the the thermo's?

And if so, what would you change or add? I feel like maybe I may be taking too much shit(thermo's)and should cut back to 1 product as oppose to 2 or 3 of them.

I sleep well at night, no problems there. I'm not really hyper or like a chicken with no head through the day. I do tend to stay hot(or warm all the time)and sweat easily. I've searched and read all kind of shit about this, but I'd figure I would give you a try since I've never asked for your help; ever.
