yet another ecy question
Im going to start my first ecy stack tm. Im gonna take 25mgs of ephedra 200 mgs of caffenine and one pill of yohimbe.....just got everything in today from bb.com. i know alot of people say to run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off....what other supplements should i take with this? is there anything that reacts bad with these 3 things? other than that im on mega man multi-vatimin, fish body oils, flax seed oil, and glucosimine.....

don't drink coffee, or even diet coke if you are sensitive to caffeine, or haven't run ECY before, or you could be in for a nasty surprise

yea they dont have vasapro i just checked unless i spelt it wrong but either way i order alot of my shit from site sponsors liek my protein and alot of extras from superior-research all my pins and glassware and lil shit like that

anyway i toke my pills at 830 this morning its about 1 now....i have a runny nose and im a jittery as all hell are these normal sides for ecy? no pain no gains i guess gonna have to live through it for 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off right....it makes me feel like when i use to take my aderol a couple years ago for school i stopped taking it because of these feelings....also im sweating alot

i toke it just once today but im thinking of spliting the ephedra into 2 times a day one time is not enough i wanna split the dosage into 2 different times so that my body is just not getting all of it at once....im gonna see how i feel tm spliting the dosage into 2 different times
