what does yohimbe do in a ecy stack?

Ive done some research but cant find the answer i want. im looking to see what exactly yohimbe does in an ecy stack. i toke it the past couple days and i feel wierd, stomach hurts, hot flashes, sweating. i toke just the ephedra and caffine today no problems. also when should i take it? the bottle says to take on an empty stomach which i do but i tend to try to eat before it kicks in cause once it does its hard to eat anything and i drag all day im tired but cant fall asleep cause of the caffine. just some questions im sure i have others just cant think of them right now. i know yj will have some input here for me.

I find that if I take it on an empty stomach I feel sick, but if I take it with a small amount of protein shake I am fine.
If it makes you have those side effects then be careful.
You did not state how much you are taking, maybe your dose is too high.

im taking 200 caffine, 12.5 ephedra, and the yohimbe is like a 1000mg pill or some shit. i forget what it is i ordered them awhile ago after doing some research. i can look up exact dosage on it tm and let you know
