Whey Protein?

How important is Whey Protein after a work out? Also should i be taking it now at this age, 17?

It's important and fine for you to take. But like Rockiller said, make sure you have the right nutrition to go along with it, if you want results. Don't depend on it as a meal replacement.

Very important...Whey is absorbed much faster...Through the day, you should consume Casein...
