Comparing 3 types of protein(yj need your help)
There is really a main 3 types of protein on the market that i have seen from my research. Whey, whey isolate, and caaein protein, I know cassaein protein is a longer burning protein so take that one at night. but im about to order a 10lb bucket from atw.com and wondering to get whey or whey isolate. need some input

whey isolate isn't really a different kind of protein, "whey" is usually either whey concentrate or whey isolate...if you want to look at different "kinds" of protein, you could look at whey, egg, casein, and soy protein.
Whey isolate is a little more expensive than whey concentrate...the protein I use is usually a blend of whey isolate and whey concentrate, which hydrolysed whey peptides thrown in I think ATW's 20/30 is a good buy, it's very inexpensive in bulk, you just have to get a flavour you'll like for 25 lbs
