Ok fella's help a bro out
I have been in the game a long time, but I took a two year brake due to serious drug and alchohol addiction. I have been clean and sober for two months and in the gym like an animal. Had gyno surgery today and now seem to have all the bad shit in my life behind me. In the next two-three weeks I will be back in the gym and ready to rock. I always use ala, flax, daily-v, so my question is geared towards newer products that have come out. What are some newer maybe more advaced creatins, protiens, fat burners, stuff like that that I should look into. Whats some new products for getting a good punp on as well??? Thanks for the help ....time to get BIG.

I'm not a big fan but if you are going with a creatine I'd go with
Satur8 and Syntrax Nitrous For pumps I've used a Labrada product called "Super Charge!" that I really liked. Protein- I like Opt. Nutrition and then switch to a Caesin blend for pre-bedtime. Fat Burners- Epehdra, Caffeine, Clen. On a side note, don't try to get back in the gym until your doc says its ok. No need in trying to rush things and then end up hurting something and stopping yourself from getting back in there for a much longer time period.

Glad to hear you got your life straight. I'm somewhat of a beginner but from what I've read, any fat burner or cool new supplement is just an overpriced waste of time. ECY seems to be replacing ECA but consensus is just buy the seperate components. As far as creatine, I think it depends on what works for you and causes the least amount of bloat. I like NO-Xplod by BSN for a pre workout boost. Diet is the key and there are a few good ones on here to model yours after.

I have always used ephedrine products as well as clen and t-3 thanks for the info, gonna give some of them a try, and just for the record I never really used plain creatine I used v-12 when it first came out the last time around.
Thanks S.O. |
