Hey RJ, what current supplements are you running bro? Basics are really all that is necessary. Protein, Multi-V, Creatine, Fish Oil. If you are training hard and eating right (5-7 good clean meals a day) you will get where you want to go. There are so many more important factors in achieving your goals then the products you seem to be interested in.
