For joints....

I noticed during my leg day today that a lot of my joints were really stiff. Not exactly hurting, they just seem to be getting more and more stiff through the months. I am about to order Fish Oil Capsules from ATW. (I have never taken them before nor flax) I read that fish oil is good for joints. Should this be enough or should I get a joint support supp too? And if so what are some good/relatively cheap ones?

Well I'd like to stay natural. I probably should have mentioned that in the original post.

Fish Oil can help. Also make sure you are eating enough fats. I know when I get real lean and stop eating the extra cals, my joints fucken hurt.

mindstar is on a distinguished road
I've had good results with Cissus...custom capsule has some. It tastes terrible though, so get it in pills.
