Ahhh, Good Ole Ripped Fuel
Took 3 of them damn things at 7 pm this evening before I worked out. Nice intense workout, but now, it is almost 2 am & I'm not even thinking of sleeping. Laid in bed a damn hour before I gave up. Time to read a book...that is my only hope.

Coffee before a workout is enough for me. Those supplements never gave me a "more intense workout" more along the lines of a shaky anxiety type workout. funny how people respond differently.
