What supplements do you feel you cant live without.

Your true...die hard favorite... Im talking company and brand name here people.

My all time favorite supplement has to be a tie between Prolab's N Large 2, and Optimum Nutritions !00% whey. These 2 mixed together are the staple of my post workout recovery.

Please no "food" smart ass posts. This is why its called "supplements". I would have to say whey, and pure ephedrine HCL. I live on Ephedrine and Yohimbine. Im a cardiologist's dream, lol.

I would have to say Beverly. Every since using them I completely changed my physique. They have two new products out, that I believe will be staples of mine. Glutamine Select, and Creatine Plus Phosphates. Also I love optimum's 100% egg protein.

Now if money permits it, I like Nitromone by PRD. It is expensive. But ever since I started using it, I have gained at least 5 lbs in every set every week of my core lifts. Ex. This week I went up 15 lbs in my 6,4,2,2,2 sets. Every single one.
But it is expensive. I have messed around with other BCAA products, but this one truly is what it says it is.

isolate forms of whey and soy protein, a good food-based multi, and ultra high lignan flax oil.

I depend on my whey (O.N.), multi-vit, flax, fish-oil, and creatine... when bulking I add in dextrose with shakes to help out and always use it to load my creatine.

I've used both Bev and PRD products with great results and I haven't looked back, they are expensive but very high quality so I will agree with you there bro.

In fact your the only one I have ever seen since joining these boards that uses both companies,it's good to see someone out there that uses them with great results.

ECA, green tea extract and fish oil. Protein powder is a given as well.

In the spirit of the original post I'm listing specific companies.

Multi vit - AST 32X

Whey protein - Optimum 100% Whey

Dextrose - NOW

Flax seed oil - NOW

I have yet to try Beverly product but substitution of their products may benifit. My wallet isn't "Beverly" size though, so I believe in the above listed products. Also, for cutting, an ECA (I liked AST Dymetradine over Xenadrine RFA) and for bulking, creatine w/ALA or R+ALA.

trip is on a distinguished road
Optimum Superior Amino 2222 Caps

It is a complete profile amino acid product. Feel I process all food, thus feel better overall, better phsyique, etc. when I pop a couple of these with each meal.

Other one would be Designer Whey Protein w/ZMA. Again for some reason seem to respond best to this one.

Although life is ten times easier with whey, the protein can be gotten from real food, it's just like we all know, we would be eating machine's.
