whats a good creatine

i was thinking about buying a creatine but not 2 sure what 2 get. I already tried size on, nano vapor, and xiance. I was wondering if anyone has takein a good cratine supplement n how much n when its takein

or maybe even try doin some research.

but to answer your question. iv been on kre-alkalyn which is a form of creatine that doesnt retain as much water as other creatines do.

the product i am on is called k-4 by Tri pharm which has worked really well for me. it has a no2 compound that helps with pump and endurance. iv been takin it for about 2 months and i love it.

get a basic creatine and mix it with your malto and whey post workout.

raw meat? fish too....when you cook red meat it loses creatine. not a good source of creatine IMO. i would supplement with the cheapest monohydrate you can find and give it a try. it goes bad in 6months to year i believe so read the labels
