whats a good creatine
i was thinking about buying a creatine but not 2 sure what 2 get. I already tried size on, nano vapor, and xiance. I was wondering if anyone has takein a good cratine supplement n how much n when its takein

you dont have to make a new thread for every one of your questions man lmao
keep it in the one you already have. or maybe even try doin some research. but to answer your question. iv been on kre-alkalyn which is a form of creatine that doesnt retain as much water as other creatines do. the product i am on is called k-4 by Tri pharm which has worked really well for me. it has a no2 compound that helps with pump and endurance. iv been takin it for about 2 months and i love it. |

get a basic creatine and mix it with your malto and whey post workout.

The CEE doesnt tend to do that like mono.
