What IS a MRP anyway?

More impotrantly: how is a MRP different from the protein in my bucket of Whey Powder?

Not only carbs but sugar. You really have to watch the labels when choosing one.

So the question becomes: why would I use a MRP when my Bucket 'o Whey is so much cheaper?

A MRP usually has more calories and carbs than regular whey. It is ment to replace a meal , Not just a protien supp. IMO you are better off making you own MRP.
