Can a Mega-Men Vit. Really Make Big Dif?

I've been taking Mega-Men Vitamins from GNC for last 4 years.

Well ran out of them a month ago, so had an old bottle, maybe 2 years of some multi that has everything, so just started taking them.

Not much difference in everything else in my training and nutrition, and over last 3 weeks just have felt little weaker, not as aggressive in gym over that time, and muscles less full and seems like a tad of estrogenic fat.

Do you think a Mega-Men could make that big a difference?

Anyone else have similar experience.

There's no difference, the Mega Man has herbals in it, that's the main difference..

Well, went to GNC too pick some up, so asked the guy who worked their. Known him for 1.5 years, talked to him on many occasions.

He said, what I said was not uncommon, lot's of folks come in and say the same thing.

So, maybe it is the herbals. All's know is ripped open bottle and popped two as soon as got home, did the same this AM.

I'm addicted, lol.
