My bedtime supplements
Oftentimes I have a hard time going to sleep. So I take 5-HTP and Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime tea (the active ingredient is chamomile). It works very well. My question is could these supps be hindering my gains or be harmful to my body? Thanks.

i dont htink chamomile will hinder gains. restful sleep is as good as any anabolic i would think? NEXT TO EATING CLEAN AND ENOUGH.

Try some melatonin. I dont think those will hinder your gains though.
