clen question

I did a cycle of clen in July, with pretty good results. Though, it was summer and my eating was a little sketchy so I think I could have done better than I did.

Do you guys have any tips, advice of how to utilize my experince with clen this time around, so that I get the best results possible? Please let me know!

Thanks.

maybe stack some t3 with it, but if you decide to go that route, you should do a good bit of research first .

I think the key is to be clean with eating, and step up the moderate amount of cardio I do now....but how much cardio is enough??????????

I try to do 20 mins. before I lift, then 10-12 min after I lift. Is this enough?? What do you guys do?

I dont like doing cardio immediately before I lift. It will make your workout suffer. The best time is in the morning . I usually do it around lunch, Then workout about 4 hrs later. It gives me time to recoup a little and have a couple of meals in between. When I have to do cardio and workout together I do cardio last. I would down a protine/creatine shake in between. If you continue on you routine I would definately drop the cardio before and after wkout. 20-30 min. all after wkout 3-4 time a week. Make sure and down a protien shake as quick as possible adter yo are done.

What speedracer said is sound advice. It's better to separate cardio and weights but if you can't put the cardio after.
