On the topic of punching bags.
I already have one in my garage but I guess starting Monday it's going to be getting real cold in my neck of the woods. I was wondering if any of the free standing bags are any good. I hate workouts in the cold.

Nope, they can't handle the pressure. Get a water filled hanging bag. Easier on the hands, and lasts longer. BB
