What's the best cario for burning fat?

I really need help with my gut seams to be out of control lately went from a 34 to 37 in like four months! What's the best cardio for burning fat the fastest? Right now I'm was doing walk/run 30 minutes every morning! Should I try to go longer? Will Liquid clen help much? Oh I'm 42 5'9" 215lbs Bf probably around 20%! I also started a heavy mass cycle three weeks ago! Thanks!

well you should realy try and concentrate on either cutting, or bulking, not both at the same time.

a clen/eca rotation works well for most. do clen 2 weeks and then eca 2 weeks and keep rotating.
i like to go to the track and jog the curves, and sprint the straights.....keep it to about 30 minutes max at a time. if you cant do this then start out walking the curves and jogging the straights till you work your way up.......once you get good at that maybe throw some ankle weights in the mix.

psyko1 is on a distinguished road
If you're on a treadmill, try a 45 min. high paced walk on the highest incline in the morning. And try 30 min. in the evening. Your diet will impact your losses too. But this will probably keep your overall mass gains on your cycle down though.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)---15 Minutes 2-3 times a week.

A combination of sprints and stead pace jogging/walking.
